What is the general range of cost for a conversion / renovation?
I am considering buying a commercial property. Below is an antique shop, but above all is a large open space (2500 m²) with a "roughed in" kitchen and bathroom – very rough. Anyway, would I like to rent this end and It as a great apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, an open kitchen and great room. Does anyone have any idea what it would cost something in the south … in a small area? I ask not for an exact quote, but a general price range for something attractive, but not luxurious by any means. Any Ideas? Let me add that it is all the bricks and mortar.
I have some rental units and did re-up here in Ohio about 10-15000 ne it should for its all … If your rent is about 400-550 per month, you should consider if they see a lower, perhaps what you want to be your PAYBACK (Cash on Cash). That is, as long it will pay off the renovation before you start winning. approximately every three years rent plus expenses to be paid … Garbage, water & waste water, hold-up, etc. ..
